Description

Yamaha label feeder is a device used on Yamaha SMT machines to automatically supply labels. It can accurately peel labels from the backing paper and provide them to the SMT machine nozzle for picking. Compatible with various Yamaha models, supporting labels of different sizes and materials.

The flip cover design of the peeling plate enables the fastest material change, vacuum hole adsorption can stably increase the tape tension, facilitating successful peeling of sticky materials; sliding barrier allows one feeder to meet the use of materials of more widths; magnetic pressure cover surrounding screws can adjust height clearance to meet smooth passage of different thickness materials.

Fine pore fiber optic receiving platform is smoother than strip slot receiving platform. High anti-stick silicone pad ensures easy picking of tape or foam, and easy replacement low maintenance cost; multi-head ultra-sensitive fiber optic sensor can meet simultaneous peeling of single to multiple (up to 12) rows of labels with different gaps; up and down lifting sliding table design easily and accurately sets receiving platform height to adapt to successful peeling of different thickness materials.
