Description

Stepper motor replaces the traditional pneumatic cylinder drive of the feeder, and precision copper gears replace the mechanical linkage transmission. Through the power contact pins, connected to a 24V safety power supply, the shielding sensor converts the mechanical signal of the SMT machine into an electrical signal to control the feeder operation. Suitable for all JUKI mechanical FEEDER platform machines on the market. Easy installation of conductive brackets without changing or damaging the original wiring, simple, safe, and effective. After modification, it does not interfere with the original mechanical feeder positions and can be used alternately mixed with original feeders.
