Wide range of electronic material models. 8mm compatible with paper tape two packaging methods, 1mm/2mm/4mm step switching with one key. One AREED 8mm electric feeder replaces three original 8mm feeders; one AREED 12mm can replace 12mm and 16mm specifications feeders. Drive motor operation has smaller amplitude than cylinder push, reducing material deviation caused by vibration. High-precision feeding gear with high-precision motor ensures accurate feeding every time. Self-developed FEEDER calibration instrument can capture the X/Y coordinate values of each feeding, calculate CA\CP and CPK values to judge the consistency of feeding accuracy of each FEEDER.
