Description

The feeder is suitable for automatic peeling and feeding of roll-type materials such as paper labels, protective films, foam, double-sided tape, conductive adhesive, copper foil, steel sheets, and reinforcement plates. The feeder adopts industrial-grade intelligent design with strong compatibility, fast feeding speed, and adjustable feeding parameters. It features both working mode and debugging mode for user convenience, and supports a color touch screen for simple parameter display and setting. After integrating into automated equipment, the feeder can effectively achieve automatic feeding and improve production efficiency, making it very suitable for automatic feeding in the SMT industry.

The flip-cover design of the peeling plate enables the fastest material change. Vacuum hole adsorption can stably increase tape tension, facilitating the successful peeling of materials with high viscosity. Sliding side edges allow one feeder to meet the requirements of more width dimensions. The magnetic pressure cover with adjustable height gaps around the machine screws ensures smooth passage of materials with different thicknesses.
Fine-hole Fiber Optic Splicing Platform
The fine-hole fiber optic splicing platform has a smoother surface compared to the strip-type groove splicing platform. High anti-stick silicone pads ensure easy suction of both tape and foam, and are easy to replace with low maintenance costs. Multi-head ultra-sensitive fiber optic sensors can meet the requirements of simultaneous peeling of single to multiple columns (up to 12 columns) of labels with different gaps. The up-and-down sliding table design allows easy and accurate setting of the receiving platform height to adapt to materials of different thicknesses for successful peeling.

Super Wear-resistant Rubber Roller
The feeding method using super wear-resistant rubber wheels with gears solves both the problem of feeding errors caused by bottom paper slipping and the problem of easy damage to rubber wheels. The oblique cut locking design increases the contact area between the bottom paper and the gears, making it easy to open while ensuring safe and effective locking.

Standard equipped with a mechanical tension shaft with an inner diameter of 76.2mm (3 inches) and an outer diameter of 220mm, making loading and unloading convenient and effectively clamping. Optional tension shaft components with an inner diameter of 152mm (6 inches) can meet the requirements of label materials with multiple inner diameter sizes. A material box structure can also be selected.
